USA Divorce Papers (USADP)
Effective Date: October 17, 2026
1. Our Court Acceptance Guarantee
At USA Divorce Papers ("USADP," "we," "us," or "our"), we stand behind the quality and accuracy of the divorce documents we prepare.
If a court rejects documents prepared by USADP due to a covered document-preparation error attributable to us, we will review the rejection and make the necessary corrections at no additional charge, subject to the terms and conditions of this Policy.
If the covered error cannot reasonably be corrected, the customer may qualify for a refund of the applicable document-preparation service fee, subject to the eligibility requirements and exclusions described below.
This guarantee applies to document preparation only and does not guarantee court approval, the granting of a divorce, or any particular legal outcome.
2. Guarantee Validity
The Court Acceptance Guarantee is valid for 30 calendar days from the original purchase date.
To qualify for coverage:
- The customer must have purchased an eligible document-preparation service directly from USADP.
- The court must reject the USADP-prepared documents within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date.
- The rejection must result from a covered document-preparation error attributable to USADP.
- The customer must submit an official court rejection letter or written court rejection notice within 15 calendar days of the court's rejection date.
- The customer must comply with the claim procedures and other applicable requirements of this Policy.
If the court rejects the documents within the 30-day guarantee period, the customer may submit the rejection documentation within the applicable 15-day reporting period, even if that reporting period extends beyond the guarantee expiration date.
Court rejections occurring after the 30-day guarantee period are not covered by this guarantee, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
3. Guarantee Coverage
Subject to the terms of this Policy, the Court Acceptance Guarantee covers the following:
3.1 Document-Preparation Errors
Errors made by USADP when preparing documents using accurate and complete information provided by the customer.
3.2 Missing or Incorrect Forms
Required forms that are missing or incorrectly prepared due to an error attributable to USADP, provided those forms are included within the scope of the purchased service.
3.3 State-Specific Document Requirements
Errors attributable to USADP involving applicable state-specific forms or document-preparation requirements within the scope of the purchased service.
3.4 Court-Identified Preparation Deficiencies
Document-preparation deficiencies identified by the court that are directly attributable to USADP.
Coverage is limited to the documents and preparation services included in the customer's purchase.
4. Free Document Corrections
If a court rejects documents because of a covered preparation error attributable to USADP, we will make the necessary corrections at no additional document-preparation charge.
USADP must be given a reasonable opportunity to review and correct the reported issue before a refund may be considered.
Corrections may include:
- Fixing document-preparation errors.
- Correcting information that USADP entered or transferred incorrectly.
- Replacing incorrectly prepared forms.
- Providing required forms omitted due to USADP's error, where included in the purchased service.
The customer agrees to provide any additional information or documentation reasonably necessary to complete the corrections.
The customer remains responsible for properly signing, notarizing, serving, and filing corrected documents, unless those activities are expressly included in a separately purchased service.
A court rejection that can reasonably be corrected does not qualify for a refund under this guarantee.
5. Refund Eligibility and Conditions
A customer may qualify for a refund under the Court Acceptance Guarantee only when all of the following conditions are satisfied:
1. The documents were rejected by the court within the 30-day guarantee period.
2. The rejection resulted directly from a covered document-preparation error attributable to USADP.
3. The customer submitted the official court rejection letter or written rejection notice within 15 calendar days of the court's rejection date.
4. USADP was given a reasonable opportunity to review and correct the error.
5. The covered error cannot reasonably be corrected.
6. The customer has complied with the applicable requirements of this Policy.
Refund Amount
If the above conditions are satisfied, the customer may qualify for a refund of the applicable base document-preparation service fee paid to USADP.
Court filing fees, government charges, third-party expenses, and separately purchased add-on services are excluded from refunds under this guarantee, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method, subject to payment processor requirements.
6. Exclusions
The Court Acceptance Guarantee does not cover court rejections, delays, additional requirements, or unsuccessful outcomes arising from the following circumstances:

Errors resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, inconsistent, or misleading information provided by the customer during registration, the online questionnaire, or subsequent communications.

6.6 Customer or Third-Party Modifications
Changes made to USADP-prepared documents by the customer or another party without USADP's authorization, where those changes cause or contribute to the rejection.

Additional documents, legal services, attorney representation, proceedings, or filing requirements not included in the customer's purchased document-preparation service.
6.8 Changes in Laws or Court Requirements
Changes in applicable laws, court rules, filing procedures, or required forms occurring after the documents were prepared, unless the rejection is independently caused by a covered preparation error attributable to USADP.

7. Court Rejection Documentation and Claim Submission
To request coverage under this guarantee, the customer must submit an official court rejection letter or written court rejection notice within 15 calendar days of the court's rejection date.
The submitted documentation must reasonably identify:
- The court or filing authority that rejected the documents.
- The date of rejection.
- The reason for rejection.
- The documents or filing deficiencies involved.
Claims and supporting documentation must be submitted to:
Email: support@usadivorcepapers.com
USADP may request additional information reasonably necessary to verify the rejection and evaluate the claim.
Failure to provide the required rejection documentation within the specified 15-day period will make the claim ineligible under this guarantee, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Customers should contact USADP before modifying rejected documents so that the reported preparation issue can be properly evaluated.
8. Claim Review and Resolution
Upon receiving a timely claim and the required documentation, USADP will:
1. Review the court's stated rejection reasons and the documents originally prepared.
2. Determine whether the rejection resulted from a covered preparation error attributable to USADP.
3. Request additional information or clarification where reasonably necessary.
4. Provide corrected documents at no additional document-preparation charge if the error is covered and correctable.
5. Evaluate refund eligibility under Section 5 if the covered error cannot reasonably be corrected.
USADP will review claims in good faith based on the available documentation and the terms of this Policy.
Approved refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable payment processing procedures and the relevant provisions of our Refund Policy.
9. Limitations of the Guarantee
This guarantee is limited to covered errors in document preparation and does not constitute a guarantee of court acceptance in every circumstance.
USADP does not guarantee that:
- A court will grant or finalize a divorce.
- A court will approve any requested settlement, custody arrangement, support obligation, or property division.
- A divorce will be completed within a particular period.
- A court will not require additional documentation, hearings, fees, or procedural steps.
- Documents will be accepted when the customer does not meet applicable legal or procedural requirements.
USADP is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice or attorney representation.
Nothing in this Policy limits or excludes consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.
10. Relationship to the Refund Policy
This Court Acceptance Guarantee provides specific remedies for qualifying court rejections caused by covered USADP document-preparation errors.
It does not provide a general satisfaction guarantee or an unconditional right to cancel a purchase.
Refund requests unrelated to this guarantee are governed by our separately published Refund Policy and applicable law.
Where this Policy expressly provides a remedy for an eligible Court Acceptance Guarantee claim, the applicable provisions of this Policy will govern that claim, subject to mandatory legal requirements.
