By accessing or using the Website, registering an account, purchasing a product, or using our Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to purchase or use our Services.
We may revise these Terms periodically. Updated Terms will be posted on the Website with a revised effective date. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before material changes take effect.
IMPORTANT LEGAL DISCLAIMER
USA DIVORCE PAPERS IS NOT A LAW FIRM AND DOES NOT PROVIDE LEGAL ADVICE OR LEGAL REPRESENTATION.
USA Divorce Papers provides technology-assisted divorce document preparation services based on information supplied by customers.
We do not act as your attorney, represent you before a court, establish an attorney-client relationship, or provide individualized legal advice.
Our questionnaires, document preparation tools, instructions, educational resources, and customer support communications are intended to provide general information and administrative assistance. They are not substitutes for professional legal advice.
We do not determine your legal rights, recommend legal strategies, negotiate divorce terms on your behalf, resolve disputes between spouses, or guarantee that any particular document or procedure is appropriate for your circumstances.
Divorce laws, court requirements, and procedures vary by jurisdiction and may change. Customers remain responsible for understanding and complying with applicable legal requirements.
If you require legal advice, have a contested divorce, or face complex legal circumstances, you should consult a licensed attorney.
Use of our Services does not create attorney-client privilege.
1. Product Purchase Terms
1.1 Document Preparation Services
USA Divorce Papers provides online divorce document preparation services through structured questionnaires, automated workflows, and related administrative processes.
Our Services assist customers in preparing divorce-related documents for their own lawful personal use.
Documents are prepared using the information supplied by customers, the selected jurisdiction, and the document preparation workflows available through our platform.
We may request clarification or additional information where reasonably necessary to prepare documents accurately.
1.2 Eligibility and Service Availability
Service availability may depend on your jurisdiction, personal circumstances, and information provided through the Website.
An eligibility result displayed by our platform is an administrative assessment of potential service suitability and does not constitute a legal determination of eligibility for divorce.
Certain matters may require procedures, documents, or professional assistance beyond the scope of our Services.
We may decline or discontinue a service that cannot reasonably or lawfully be provided through our platform, subject to applicable refund obligations and consumer protection laws.
1.3 Accuracy of Customer Information
You agree to provide truthful, accurate, complete, and current information.
You are responsible for verifying names, addresses, dates, financial information, family details, and all other information submitted through our questionnaires.
Incorrect or incomplete information may result in document errors, delays, or documents that are unsuitable for their intended purpose.
You must notify us of relevant inaccuracies or changes as soon as reasonably practicable.
1.4 Questionnaire Completion
Customers must complete the applicable questionnaire and provide the information necessary for document preparation.
Processing and delivery timelines may depend on receipt of complete and accurate information.
We may pause processing while awaiting clarification, corrections, or additional information from the customer.
1.5 Document Review and Approval
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing their completed documents before signing, submitting, or otherwise using them.
You must verify that the documents accurately reflect the information you intended to provide.
Document preparation does not guarantee acceptance by a court or government agency.
1.6 Fees and Payments
Prices for products and Services are disclosed on the Website or at checkout.
You agree to pay the fees displayed and accepted at the time of purchase, including applicable taxes and separately disclosed charges.
Payments may be processed by independent payment service providers.
We may decline or cancel transactions where reasonably necessary to address suspected fraud, unauthorized activity, payment failures, or other legitimate concerns.
1.7 Service Scope
Each purchase includes only the products, features, and services identified in the applicable purchase description.
Additional products or features may require separate purchases.
Services not expressly included in a purchase are not automatically provided.
1.8 Refunds and Cancellations
USA Divorce Papers offers refunds in accordance with its Refund Policy, applicable purchase terms, and governing consumer protection laws.
Customers may request a refund of eligible document preparation fees within 30 days of the original purchase, provided they have not submitted their completed questionnaire for document generation or accessed their prepared divorce forms or filing instructions.
Once the customer has submitted the questionnaire for document generation or accessed the applicable forms or filing instructions, the purchase is no longer eligible for a standard refund.
Refund eligibility is determined based on the status of the purchased service and the conditions stated in our Refund Policy.
Optional products and services, including Rush Processing and printed documents, may be eligible for a refund if the applicable service has not begun or the product has not entered fulfillment, subject to the Refund Policy and applicable law.
Portal reactivation fees are non-refundable once reactivated access has been provided, except where otherwise required by law.
Changes in personal circumstances, reconciliation between spouses, changes of mind, or a spouse's refusal to cooperate do not independently establish refund eligibility once the applicable refund conditions are no longer satisfied.
Customers may submit refund requests through their account, where available, or by contacting customer support.
Approved refunds will ordinarily be returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment processor and financial institution.
Nothing in these Terms limits refund or cancellation rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
For complete refund conditions and procedures, please review our Refund Policy available on the Website.
1.9 No Guarantee of Legal Outcome
We do not guarantee that a court will accept any document, approve any proposed terms, grant a divorce, or issue a judgment within a particular timeframe.
All judicial decisions remain within the authority of the appropriate court.
2. Rush Processing and Optional Products
2.1 Rush Processing
USA Divorce Papers may offer optional expedited document preparation services ("Rush Processing") for an additional fee disclosed at the time of purchase.
Eligible Rush Processing orders are generally processed and delivered electronically within up to 24 hours after the customer has completed and submitted the required questionnaire and provided all necessary information, subject to applicable business-day conditions.
Rush Processing provides priority handling of eligible document preparation orders.
We may request additional information or clarification when customer-provided information is missing, inaccurate, incomplete, or inconsistent. Such requests may affect the delivery timeframe because preparing accurate documents may require further customer input.
The applicable delivery timeframe, eligibility conditions, and any specific processing deadlines will be disclosed on the Website, at checkout, or in the order confirmation.
Rush Processing applies solely to document preparation and electronic delivery. It does not include court filing, court processing, or issuance of a divorce decree.
Any applicable delivery guarantees and remedies for delays will be governed by the terms disclosed at purchase, our Refund Policy, and applicable law.
2.2 Printed Documents
Customers may purchase printed copies of eligible documents where available.
Printing, shipping, and any applicable additional charges will be disclosed before purchase.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address.
2.3 Shipping and Fulfillment
Physical products may be fulfilled through third-party printing, shipping, or delivery providers.
Estimated delivery dates may vary depending on carrier operations, destination, weather, service disruptions, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Where an express delivery commitment applies, the corresponding purchase terms and applicable law will govern.
2.4 Optional Product Purchases
Optional products are purchased separately unless expressly included in a particular offer.
Purchasing an optional product does not modify the scope of other purchased services except as expressly disclosed.
2.5 Refunds for Optional Products
Refund eligibility for Rush Processing, printed documents, and other optional products is governed by the applicable purchase disclosures and our Refund Policy.
Rush Processing fees may be refundable where processing has not begun or where a refund is required by an applicable delivery guarantee or law.
Printed document orders may be refundable before printing or fulfillment has commenced, subject to the applicable purchase terms.
Refunds for delayed, incomplete, or unfulfilled services will be evaluated under the applicable Refund Policy, purchase terms, and governing law.
3. Customer Portal Access, Reactivation, and Document Corrections
3.1 Initial Portal Access
Customers receive an initial 30-day period of access to their USA Divorce Papers customer portal beginning on the date of their original purchase.
During the active access period, customers may use the account features made available with their purchase, including accessing and downloading available completed documents, viewing relevant account information, receiving applicable notifications, and using available educational resources and support features.
Customers are encouraged to download and securely retain copies of their completed documents during their active access period.
3.2 Expiration of Portal Access
At the end of the initial 30-day access period, access to restricted customer portal features may expire.
Expiration of portal access does not automatically mean that all customer information or documents have been deleted.
The retention, deletion, and processing of customer information are governed by our Privacy Policy, applicable retention practices, and legal obligations.
We do not guarantee that expired accounts or documents will remain available indefinitely.
3.3 Portal Reactivation
Customers may purchase an optional portal reactivation to obtain an additional 30-day period of access.
The applicable reactivation fee will be disclosed before purchase.
Reactivation is intended to support continued availability of eligible stored documents, customer dashboard features, account-related information, notifications, updates, educational resources, knowledgebase materials, and customer support.
Each purchased reactivation provides 30 days of access beginning when the reactivation becomes effective.
Reactivation is a separate, customer-authorized purchase. It does not renew automatically.
Customers will not be charged for another reactivation period unless they independently authorize an additional purchase.
Reactivation does not guarantee restoration of information or documents that have already been lawfully deleted or are otherwise unavailable.
3.4 Complimentary Document Corrections
Customers are eligible for up to two complimentary document corrections during each active 30-day service access period.
The initial 30-day access period includes up to two complimentary corrections.
Each separately purchased 30-day portal reactivation period also includes up to two complimentary corrections.
Complimentary corrections may be used to address factual inaccuracies, spelling mistakes, or changes to information within the scope of the customer's existing document preparation order.
Corrections do not include preparation of an entirely new divorce matter, a different service, or substantial work outside the scope of the original purchase.
3.5 Correction Limits
Complimentary corrections are limited to two per active 30-day access period.
Unused corrections expire at the end of the applicable period and do not carry forward to a subsequent period.
Corrections beyond the complimentary allowance may be subject to additional fees disclosed before purchase.
Requests for corrections must be submitted through an available customer support or document revision process.
Correction requests may require additional information or confirmation from the customer.
3.6 Support During Active Access
Customers with active portal access may receive assistance from our customer support team regarding account navigation, document preparation workflows, available features, corrections, and general administrative questions.
Support does not include individualized legal advice, legal representation, or professional mediation.
3.7 No Perpetual Storage Guarantee
Portal access fees support the provision and maintenance of account features and associated services during the applicable access period.
They do not create a right to perpetual document storage, indefinite account availability, or unlimited future access.
Our Privacy Policy governs applicable data retention and deletion practices.
3.8 Portal Reactivation Fees and Refunds
Portal reactivation provides an additional 30-day access period following a separately authorized purchase.
Reactivation fees are non-refundable once the reactivated access has been provided, except where otherwise required by law.
Reactivation does not renew automatically and does not create a recurring payment obligation.
Customers must independently authorize each additional reactivation purchase.
4. Privacy Policy and Customer Accounts
4.1 Privacy Policy
Our Privacy Policy describes how personal information is collected, used, disclosed, protected, and retained.
The Privacy Policy is available at:
https://usadivorcepapers.com/privacy-policy
4.2 Account Registration
Certain Services require a registered account.
You agree to provide accurate registration information and maintain current contact details.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for activity occurring through your account, except to the extent caused by our failure to meet applicable legal obligations.
4.3 Account Security
You must not access another person's account without authorization.
You must promptly notify us if you suspect unauthorized account access, compromised credentials, or suspicious activity.
We may require identity verification or take reasonable security measures to protect accounts and customer information.
4.4 Customer-Submitted Information
You authorize us to process information submitted through our platform as reasonably necessary to provide your requested Services, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Where you submit information concerning another person, you represent that you are authorized or otherwise legally permitted to provide that information for the requested purpose.
4.5 Account Restrictions
We may temporarily restrict account access where reasonably necessary to address security incidents, suspected fraud, unauthorized activity, or violations of these Terms.
Any such restriction will remain subject to applicable consumer rights and legal obligations.
5. Ownership and Intellectual Property
The Website, software, questionnaires, workflows, original content, graphics, designs, branding, proprietary templates, and related materials are owned by ODVIX PaperLabs LLC or its licensors, except where otherwise stated.
These materials are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, license, sell, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit proprietary materials without written authorization, except as permitted by law or these Terms.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
6. Limited Permission to Download and Use Documents
Subject to compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, customers receive a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to download, print, store, and use completed documents prepared through the Services for their own lawful personal purposes.
Customers may share completed documents as reasonably necessary for review, signing, court submission, service of process, personal recordkeeping, or consultation with a licensed attorney.
This permission does not authorize commercial resale or unauthorized distribution of our proprietary document preparation software, templates, or other materials.
7. Attorney and Legal Advice Disclaimer
USA Divorce Papers is not a law firm.
Our employees, customer support representatives, document preparation personnel, and other nonlawyer team members do not provide legal advice or represent customers in legal proceedings.
Assistance with navigating our Website, completing administrative steps, locating information, or understanding available platform features is not legal representation.
We do not independently negotiate divorce terms, evaluate the fairness of proposed agreements, or advise either spouse concerning their individual legal rights.
Customers remain responsible for obtaining legal advice from a licensed attorney whenever needed.
8. Third-Party Websites and Services
Our Website may contain links to third-party websites, courts, government resources, payment providers, shipping carriers, or other independent services.
We do not control third-party websites and are not responsible for their availability, content, privacy practices, or independent actions.
References or links to third parties do not necessarily imply endorsement.
Your use of third-party services may be subject to separate terms and policies.
9. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT MAY AFFECT YOUR RIGHT TO BRING A CLAIM IN COURT, PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION, OR REQUEST A JURY TRIAL.
9.1 Informal Dispute Resolution
Before initiating arbitration, the party raising a dispute must provide written notice describing the nature of the dispute and the requested resolution.
The parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve the matter informally for at least 30 days after the notice is received, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Dispute notices may be sent to support@odvixpaperlabs.com or the mailing address provided in Section 26.
9.2 Binding Individual Arbitration
Except for eligible small claims matters and disputes that cannot lawfully be required to proceed through arbitration, you and ODVIX PaperLabs LLC agree to resolve disputes arising out of or relating to the Services or these Terms through binding individual arbitration.
This agreement applies to disputes based on contract, statute, tort, or other legal theories, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
9.3 Arbitration Rules
Arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its applicable Consumer Arbitration Rules, unless the parties lawfully agree otherwise.
Information concerning AAA procedures is available at https://www.adr.org/.
The arbitration will be conducted before a neutral arbitrator.
Remote participation or written proceedings may be available in accordance with applicable rules.
9.4 Arbitration Costs
Arbitration filing fees and other costs will be allocated according to the applicable AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules and governing law.
Nothing in these Terms requires a consumer to pay arbitration costs that applicable law prohibits imposing on that consumer.
9.5 Small Claims Court
Either party may bring an eligible individual claim in a small claims court with jurisdiction over the dispute.
9.6 Class Action Waiver
To the extent permitted by law, disputes subject to arbitration must be pursued individually rather than as class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceedings.
If a particular waiver is unenforceable, its effect will be determined according to applicable law.
9.7 Jury Trial Waiver
To the extent permitted by applicable law, each party waives the right to a jury trial for claims subject to this arbitration agreement.
9.8 Claims Not Subject to Arbitration
This section does not require arbitration of claims or remedies that cannot lawfully be subjected to mandatory arbitration.
Claims eligible for small claims court may proceed in that forum.
9.9 Federal Arbitration Act
The Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this arbitration agreement to the extent applicable.
9.10 Survival
This section survives termination of account access or use of the Services to the extent permitted by applicable law.
10. Additional Purchase Terms and Refund Policy
Certain products, services, promotions, or optional features may be subject to additional terms disclosed at the time of purchase.
All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy, applicable checkout disclosures, and governing consumer protection laws.
Where a product-specific refund condition applies, it will be disclosed before purchase.
Nothing in an additional purchase term limits statutory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
11. Reviews, Comments, and User Content
11.1 Customer Content
Customers may be permitted to submit reviews, ratings, comments, suggestions, or other content.
You are responsible for ensuring that your submissions are lawful, accurate, and do not violate another person's rights.
11.2 Prohibited Submissions
You may not submit content that is fraudulent, defamatory, threatening, harassing, unlawful, infringing, malicious, or otherwise prohibited by applicable law.
You may not upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with Website security.
11.3 Content Moderation
We may remove, restrict, or moderate user-submitted content where reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce these Terms, or comply with law.
11.4 Public Reviews and Testimonials
By voluntarily submitting a review or testimonial for public display, you grant us a nonexclusive, royalty-free license to reproduce, display, and distribute that content for legitimate business purposes, subject to applicable law and required permissions.
This license does not apply to private questionnaires, divorce documents, or confidential account information submitted solely to receive Services.
11.5 Feedback
We may use general feedback and suggestions to improve our products and operations.
Private customer records will not be treated as public feedback.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE WEBSITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, EXCEPT FOR EXPRESS COMMITMENTS MADE IN APPLICABLE PURCHASE TERMS.
We disclaim implied warranties to the extent permitted by applicable law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted Website operation, error-free software, universal court acceptance, or any particular legal outcome.
Information concerning laws and procedures may change.
Nothing in this section limits nonwaivable consumer rights, express service commitments, or remedies provided by applicable law.
13. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification
13.1 Excluded Damages
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ODVIX PaperLabs LLC and its officers, employees, contractors, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to the Services.
13.2 Liability Limit
To the extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability arising from a particular purchased product or service will not exceed the greater of:
- The amount paid by the customer for the relevant product or service during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or
- $1,000.
This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
13.3 Customer-Provided Information
We are not responsible for consequences arising solely from inaccurate or incomplete customer-provided information, failure to follow applicable filing procedures, or actions outside our agreed service obligations, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
13.4 Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify the Company against third-party claims arising from your unlawful use of the Services, material violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person's rights.
You are not required to indemnify us for our own unlawful conduct or liabilities that cannot legally be transferred to consumers.
14. Unsolicited Submissions
We welcome general feedback about our products and Services.
Please do not submit unrelated confidential business ideas or proprietary proposals unless requested through an appropriate channel.
General unsolicited suggestions may be used to improve our Services without compensation, subject to applicable law.
This section does not apply to personal divorce information, questionnaires, uploaded documents, or information provided for purchased Services.
15. Intellectual Property Compliance and Copyright Notices
You agree not to use our Website or Services to infringe another person's copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
We may remove or restrict access to material reasonably believed to infringe applicable rights.
Copyright infringement notices may be submitted to:

Notices should include the information required by applicable law, including 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), where relevant.
We may follow applicable notice-and-takedown and counter-notification procedures.
This contact information does not represent that a DMCA agent has been formally registered with the U.S. Copyright Office.
16. Personal and Authorized Use
Our Services are intended primarily for lawful personal use.
You may not use our Services to prepare documents for another individual without appropriate authorization.
You may not commercially resell our proprietary materials, operate an unauthorized competing document preparation service using our platform, or misuse the Website.
You agree not to impersonate another person or submit false information.
17. Invite Spouse — Voluntary Collaboration Feature
17.1 Purpose
USA Divorce Papers may provide an optional technology-based feature known as "Invite Spouse."
This feature is intended to help customers voluntarily share selected information, request details, discuss preferences, and collaborate with their spouse regarding matters relevant to preparing divorce documents.
The feature provides a shared digital environment intended to support communication and self-directed collaboration.
17.2 Voluntary Participation
Participation is voluntary.
Customers decide whether to invite their spouse and what information to share through the available features.
An invited spouse may review shared information, provide requested details, and communicate preferences or responses.
Neither participant is required to agree to any proposed term merely because it appears within the platform.
17.3 Limited Access
An invited spouse receives access only to information and features made available through the relevant collaboration workflow.
An invited spouse does not receive unrestricted access to the customer's account, questionnaire, purchases, billing information, payment credentials, or private account settings.
Spouse permissions are limited to reviewing shared information, providing requested details, and participating in supported collaboration actions.
Unrestricted editing of the customer's information is not permitted.
17.4 Not Legal Mediation
Invite Spouse is a technology-assisted, self-directed collaboration feature. It is not legal mediation, legal representation, arbitration, or professional dispute resolution.
USA Divorce Papers does not act as a mediator between spouses.
We do not negotiate terms, determine the fairness of proposals, advise either spouse regarding legal rights, or make decisions on behalf of the participants.
The spouses remain responsible for their own communications, decisions, and any agreements they choose to make.
17.5 Not Legal Service of Process
Using Invite Spouse does not constitute legal service of process, formal service of divorce papers, or legally sufficient notice of court proceedings.
Sending an invitation, sharing documents, receiving a response, or obtaining acknowledgment through the feature does not replace any required legal service procedure.
Customers remain responsible for independently satisfying applicable service-of-process requirements.
17.6 Privacy and Information Sharing
Customers are responsible for deciding what information they voluntarily share with an invited spouse.
Information shared through an authorized collaboration workflow may be visible to the invited participant.
Each participant is responsible for the accuracy of information they provide.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
17.7 Security and Access Controls
We may use authentication, verification, access controls, and other reasonable safeguards to protect participants and account information.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, impersonation, unauthorized activity, or security incidents.
Where available, customers may revoke future access to shared features.
Revocation does not necessarily remove copies of information already received by the invited spouse or delete records that must lawfully be retained.
17.8 No Guarantee of Agreement
Use of Invite Spouse does not guarantee that spouses will communicate successfully, reach an agreement, complete a divorce, or obtain court approval of any proposed terms.
18. Children and Minors
Individuals under 18 years of age may not independently register for or purchase our Services.
Adult customers may provide information concerning minor children where relevant to their requested documents.
Such information will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
19. Delivery of Products and Services
19.1 Electronic Delivery
Completed documents may be delivered electronically through the customer portal or another designated electronic method.
We may notify customers when documents are available.
Customers are responsible for maintaining access to their registered email address and downloading documents during their active portal access period.
19.2 Physical Delivery
Where printed documents are purchased, physical delivery may be arranged through third-party providers.
Customers are responsible for supplying accurate delivery information.
19.3 Delivery Issues
Customers should promptly contact our support team if documents are missing, inaccessible, damaged, or delivered incorrectly.
Applicable remedies will be determined under the relevant purchase terms, our Refund Policy, and governing law.
19.4 Document Availability
Document availability through the portal is subject to the customer's active access period and applicable retention practices.
Customers should securely retain their own copies of downloaded documents.
19.5 Delivery Issues and Refund Eligibility
Customers experiencing missing, inaccessible, incorrect, damaged, or undelivered documents should promptly contact USA Divorce Papers customer support.
Where appropriate, we may provide corrections, replacement documents, renewed access, or refunds in accordance with the applicable purchase terms, Refund Policy, and law.
Delivery issues do not automatically eliminate rights or remedies provided by applicable consumer protection laws.
20. Accessibility and Customer Assistance
We aim to provide an accessible and usable online experience.
Customers experiencing difficulty accessing our Website or Services may contact our support team for assistance.
We welcome accessibility feedback and will review reasonable requests for support.

21. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where federal law or mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise.
The arbitration provisions in Section 9 are governed by the Federal Arbitration Act to the extent applicable.
For disputes that are not subject to arbitration or eligible small claims proceedings, the parties consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate state or federal courts located in Sacramento County, California, except where applicable law requires another forum.
Nothing in this section deprives consumers of protections that cannot lawfully be waived.
22. Trademarks
USA Divorce Papers, its logos, branding, designs, and associated identifiers may be trademarks, service marks, or trade dress of ODVIX PaperLabs LLC or their respective owners.
You may not use our trademarks in a manner likely to cause confusion regarding affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship without written permission.
Third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
23. Customer Inquiries and Communications
By providing contact information, you authorize us to contact you concerning your inquiries, account, purchases, document preparation status, and requested Services, subject to applicable law.
Communications may include email, telephone calls, or other methods you have provided or authorized.
Marketing communications will be subject to applicable consent requirements and opt-out rights.
Providing a telephone number does not waive any rights under federal or state telemarketing laws.
Customers may contact support regarding communication preferences.
24. Right to Refuse, Suspend, or Discontinue Service
We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or discontinue Services where reasonably necessary for legitimate legal, operational, business, or security reasons.
Such reasons may include:
- Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.
- Material violations of these Terms.
- Unlawful use of the platform.
- Threats, harassment, or abuse directed toward staff or users.
- Serious security concerns.
- Inability to provide the requested service lawfully or within its stated scope.
Where a paid service is discontinued, applicable refunds and other remedies will be determined according to the relevant purchase terms, our Refund Policy, and applicable law.
We will not exercise these rights in a manner that unlawfully deprives customers of mandatory consumer protections.
24.1 Refunds Following Service Discontinuation
If USA Divorce Papers declines, suspends, or discontinues a paid service, any applicable refund or other remedy will be determined according to the status of the service, the circumstances of discontinuation, our Refund Policy, and applicable law.
We will not rely on these Terms to deny refunds or other remedies that are legally required.
