This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be issued and how customers can request them. Please review this policy carefully before making a purchase.
Our Refund Policy:
USA Divorce Papers will issue refunds for eligible document preparation fees within the first 30 days of purchase, provided the customer meets the following conditions.
Customers are eligible for a refund if they have not submitted their completed questionnaire for document generation and have not accessed or downloaded their prepared divorce documents or filing instructions.
Once a customer has submitted their questionnaire for document generation or accessed the forms or filing instructions, the purchase is no longer eligible for a standard refund.
Portal reactivation fees are non-refundable once the reactivated access has been provided.
Optional services, including Rush Processing and printed document orders, may be eligible for a refund within 30 days of purchase if the applicable service has not begun or the product has not entered fulfillment.
Any applicable refund rights for delayed or unfulfilled services remain subject to the purchase terms and applicable law.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.
Please allow approximately 5–7 business days for refunded funds to appear, depending on the payment processor and financial institution.
Refund Exclusions:
Refunds are not available for changes in personal circumstances, reconciliation between spouses, changes of mind, or complications arising during the divorce process when the eligibility conditions described above are not met.
USA Divorce Papers cannot guarantee that a customer's spouse will agree to proposed divorce terms, participate in the Invite Spouse collaboration feature, or sign divorce documents. A spouse's refusal to cooperate does not independently create a right to a refund where the customer is otherwise ineligible.
Fees paid to third parties that cannot be recovered are non-refundable to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Court filing fees, government charges, and other costs paid independently by customers are not included in USA Divorce Papers' document preparation fees and are not refundable by USA Divorce Papers.
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any refund, cancellation, or other consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
